Full automatic can make all types of hollow blocks, solid blocks, pavers, curbstones and so on. It adopts our
latest hydraulic pressure technology and advanced vibration system, which can ensure the block quality very strong. We
cooperated with SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, OMRON, JAPAN YUKEN, TAWAN PRORISTION and so on to make
sure our block machine with high quality and keep our machine work more stable.



Process of automatic block making machine
1. Molding
Water will be got rid of during production, the pressure should be over 100tons
 (The pressure gauge indicates over 13MPa) and the pressing time should not be less than 3 seconds. Change the
 filter net on lower mold in time, usually 2~3 times each shift. If water polluted and muddy, then filter net should be 
changed,  otherwise, tile's quality will be affected.
 
 2. Curing
Generally, wet tiles should be naturally cured 24 hours on the pallets, and humidity and temperature should be controlled at the same time. Take away pallets when tile surface solid, water tiles every day in the first week, and
water amount subject to humidity. It's better to put tile in a vertical way and 28- day curing time is needed before on sale
