Insulated glass is combined with two or more glass panels separated by aluminum spacer ,which itself filled with high-effect molecular sieve ( desiccant ) and being hermetically sealed with structure sealant so as to achieving desired effect of energy saving ,sound insulation ,antifogging. Insulated glass also called Hollow glass, is made by using two or more panes of glass, separated by an aluminum frame
which is filled with desiccants and sealed around all four edges by cement, soldering or welding and
lastly filled with dry air or other gases. Production methods of insulated glass include:cementation
method, welding and burning-on method notingcementation as the most common production method.
In recent years, the outer glass of double insulating glass is widely used by vacuum sputter coated
glass,which is sun control and low-E glass commonly used in indoor applications to control energy
consump-tion toparticular target levels.

circumstances, condensation is minimized and prevented.
